In December 2015 I found that my septic tank had stopped working, I employed a local drainage company to inspect the tank and find what was wrong with it and correct the fault. The said company carried out an inspection of the tank and surrounding drainage fields and reported that the tank had sustained accidental damage to baffles. The drainage company then approached my insurance company but also Rob Brindley at UKDP and the process of placing the matter with my insurance company began. My insurance company sent out a loss adjuster (who advised the claim should be declined)

After 11 months of having no working toilet, my insurance company have admitted liability and our septic tank is being replaced.

Both my wife and myself are indebted to Rob and his team at UKDP not only for their splendid persistence, the constant & friendy support and continuous communication at every step of the way!

I was referred to UKDP by the drainage contractor I approached to get a quote for repairing my septic tank. UKDP undertook a survey of drainage system and septic tank and followed through the subsequent claim with my insurers, keeping me informed at all times.
