We first contacted UKDP just looking for advice on a septic tank issue, instead they took on our whole case and fought it for a year against difficult insurers including through appeal and ombudsman. Their customer service is brilliant, we were kept up to date throughout and their persistence and help was incredible - I would recommend UKDP to anyone experiencing similar issues.
