Claims Management Testimonials

We have unrivalled experience and expertise in all matters relating to septic tanks and other off mains drainage systems - but don't just take our word for it! Here's what our customers had to say about our Claims Management service.

We first contacted UKDP just looking for advice on a septic tank issue, instead they took on our whole case and fought it for a year against difficult insurers including through appeal and ombudsman. Their customer service is brilliant, we were kept up to date throughout and their persistence and help was incredible - I would recommend UKDP to anyone experiencing similar issues.

The problem is now sorted, with a new tank system installed and over £10,000 of septic tank works completed and funded by the insurer, which would never have happened without UKDP. Not only that, they arranged all tests and works with no hassle for us. Thank you so much for your help.

We are a children's day nursery who needed a new sewage treatment plant, which is not a good situation to be in! It was due to cost tens of thousands of pounds. UKDP took our problem to our insurers and they agreed to accept our claim for a complete replacement. UKDP liaised with our insurers all the way through the work and kept us updated throughout the process. Paul Brooks from UKDP has been particularly helpful in communicating with insurers regarding some tricky aspects of our claim. I don't know how the replacement of a sewage treatment plant at a children's day nursery can be hassle free, but it really was that easy with UKDP!

Not having a clue about the mechanics of a septic tank it was brilliant to find a company who would take full control of the issue and claim the costs on my insurance policy.

They came 50 miles to examine the tank, made an insurance claim on my behalf, attended when the insurers made their assessment, then appointed contractors. Every step along the way I was kept fully informed by polite and efficient staff who never once had to be chased.

What could have been an expensive nightmare transpired to be a very minor inconvenience and the only cost to me, as they promised, was my insurance excess.

UKDP, thanks a million.
